All B2W Ceramics pieces are handmade and may vary slightly in color, size, and texture — this is intentional and part of what makes each piece unique. Each piece is one of a kind. Product dimensions will be similar to those listed and colors will be very close to photos, but some variation between pieces is natural and expected.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at or****@*********cs.com with photos. We will replace or issue a full refund at our discretion.
Incorrect Item or Misdescribed Product If you received the wrong item or the product was materially different from its description — beyond the natural variation inherent in handmade work — contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.
Natural variation includes slight differences in glaze color, surface texture, speckle pattern, and minor dimensional differences that occur during the forming, glazing, and firing process. No two pieces will be identical. These are not defects — they are the mark of handmade work and part of what makes each piece special.
Exchanges We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Item must be unused and in original condition. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs both ways. To request an exchange, email or****@*********cs.com.
All Other Returns All sales are final. We do not accept cash refunds for change of mind.
